Sina Gostar Pishro Private Joint Stock Company is the youngest company
in the Paya Tarabar Sina Holding, established to develop the North-South
Corridor in collaboration with a Russian company named Pelka Caspi (PLK
KASPI) from Astrakhan Province in Russia and Paya Tarabar Sina Holding
(Transportation Holding of the Mostazafan Foundation of the Islamic
Revolution).
Paya Tarabar Sina Holding owns 50.5 percent, the Shipping Agencies
Foundation Company owns 0.5 percent, and Caspi Company (Russia) owns 49
percent of this company’s shares.
Perspective
The short-term vision of this new company includes importing at least
20,000 tons of grains in collaboration with Firdous Pars Agricultural
Holding and active organizations in this field, as well as exporting at
least 25,000 tons of cement, considering the capacity of the Russian
market and the high production volume in the country.
Investment in Caspian Port and the construction of warehouses and grain
silos are also part of this company’s vision.

The most important approach of this company is synergy with the
subsidiaries of Paya Tarabar Sina Holding in maritime, rail, road
transportation, and port services between Iran and Russia.
